Cibo Italian Restaurant, 83 Pontcanna Street, Cardiff CF11 9HS

A modern Italian restaurant with a charming garden terrace in the heart of Pontcanna. Cibo’s serve authentic Italian food, ranging from classic pasta dishes and thin-crust pizza.

Ffresh Bar and Restaurant @ WMC, Bute Pl, Cardiff Bay CF10 5AL

With stunning views of Cardiff Bay and seasonal menus showcasing the best Welsh produce, ffresh Bar and Restaurant is the home of great food and drink in Wales Millennium Centre. Ffresh is listed in the Michelin Guide 2015 and the Good Food Guide 2015 and has been acclaimed by The Guardian as "a lovely place… cracking value".

Hufen Café @ WMC Bute Pl, Cardiff Bay CF10 5AL

This ice cream parlour and coffee shop serves a range of beverages and Welsh products in a relaxed setting. Look for Bugs Bunny, an original painting by Chuck Jones the Welsh-born director of early Warner Bros cartoons.

Milgi, 213 City Road Cardiff CF24 3JD

Milgi’s food menu consists of local and organic produce, which accompany the seasons to create dishes that are honest, healthy and delicious. Their drinks menu is as seasonal as the food – all fresh ingredients to create unique drinks that are fun and moreish.

The Apothecary Tea Rooms, 18 Llandaff Road Canton CF11 9NJ

This lovely tea room is located within the Apothecary shop serving some of the finest teas and most delicious cakes and nibbles in Cardiff.

The Urban Taphouse, 25 Westgate Street Cardiff CF10 1DD

Urban Tap House opened in September 2013 as Wales’ 1st fully-devoted craft beer and cider bar. Run by self confessed “beer geeks” at heart - so expect some of the greatest, rarest and craziest beers from around the world. With five different rooms spread across two floors there is something for everyone.
