John Paul Evans is Senior Lecturer in Photography at the University of Wales Trinity St. David, Swansea. He is a Welsh-born photographic artist who now lives in Devon. His work stems from an overall interest in gender representation and the polemics of representing men under patriarchy, with particular attention paid to the politics of queer representation. He has exhibited nationally and internationally.
