Peter Evans was born in Yorkshire, and has been living in Cardiff for ten years. Seeing the Elephant is his first major photographic project, and currently the photographer is undertaking a long-term project documenting small town life of North Western Pennsylvania. He is also a volunteer at the Third Floor Gallery in Cardiff Bay.
