After studying an Art Foundation in Hornsey College of Art in 1979 he enrolled on the photography course at West Glamorgan Institute Swansea.

After graduation he worked as a freelance photographer in Wales before spending time in Yugoslavia and India. In 1991 Marc joined the team at Ffotogallery where he still works as Technical Manager and Tutor. Marc has exhibited in the throughout the UK and Europe. In 2015 he co-curated a ‘Tale of Two Cities’ a celebration of the 60th anniversary of the twinning of Stuttgart and Cardiff.

A keen collector of photographs for many years, ‘This is Not My Beautiful House’ presents 55 images from his large collection of mid-century American amateur snapshots.
